Wij zitten enige tijd in bastion Almere ,maar het word hier wel erg slecht .Meer als een uur op je eten te wachten en er loopt een nieuwe jongen in de bediening maar als de gasten hem moeten vertellen hoe je waar alles staat en de hotel manager gewoon op zijn stoel blijft zitten en hem niks verteld wordt het wel erg triest. Nu donderdag 10 - 11 gister was het nog erger.
Ene Richie heeft het te druk met roken en op zijn telefoon filmjes te kijken en vooral niet storen .Anders wordt hij erg geïrriteerd.

My colleague and I stayed at your hotel (2 rooms/ 1 night) from Thursday 3-9-2015 to 4-9-2015. I booked the room through Booking.com where I mentioned I needed to have the company name and address added to the invoice. I asked again if this could be done on the night of check in with your male receptionist. He said he would ensure it was taken care of. The day of check out I received the invoice from one of your female receptionists without the company name on the invoice. I mentioned that the finance department of our company won't reimburse the money for hotel stays without the name of the company on it. She said she couldn't change the name but would contact the head office to have it changed. She took both my email address from work and home and I have received no contact from anyone over this matter. Needless to say this is highly disappointing and discouraging for business travelers. Myself and colleagues travel weekly and have stayed in the Bastion hotel quite often. This most definitely will change if service doesn't improve.
