Positive:
- Generally speaking they did a nice job on the bathroom (complete bathroom renovation) but thanks to the tiler and plasterer he contracted.
- What the tiler and plasterer did is nice.
- He was reachable by phone or called back if did not pick up.
Negative:
- The last phase of the installation was done by DMK and due to urgency they did rather a fast than nice job. E.g: the bathroom door he carved because of the high doorstep has to be replaced because the surface is not even, or e.g.: the wall which was damaged in the process was not renovated nicely, we had to do it ourselves.
- Very negative point that DMK was late by more than 2 weeks with the work delivery date due to circumstances we did not generate and postponed the deadline twice (one reason: his car was not available), or worked only 2-3 hours / day then left (and everything was there on spot, ready to work with, plaster already dried etc..., so obviously no reason to leave).
