I came to pick up my Amazon package and the lady was very rude to me from the start. She refused to give me the package because I had no scan code. Amazon deliveries have no scan codes. She seemed to be frustrated with too many packages and kept complaining about it. I offered to help looking for it but she denied. She did not care about finding a solution and everything was tourists' fault (I am not a tourist). I am very sorry that the store has an incompetent owner but customers should not suffer because of it. The store should not be an Amazon pick up location. Do not choose your package to be delivered at this store unless you want to be yelled at, discriminated against because of your color or that you don't speak Dutch.
